Kara & Brett
Kara & Brett reached out to me because they wanted beautiful photos for their first home together. I was so excited to work with as they are obviously a beautiful couple. They are fun, loving and so fun to be around. I knew the shoot was going to be a blast. For their shoot, we decided to go to Serrano Park in Lake Forest. The park has a beautiful eucalyptus grove. The beautiful sage green leaves on the trees make for a stunning, soft, neutral backdrop for photos. It allows the couples to be the focus of the image while having visual interest in the background.
Kara & Brett were a little uncomfortable in front of the camera at first, but after talking them through the first couple poses and positions they settled in. From there, their love shined with every snap of the shutter. They are a playful, fun-loving couple. Brett was cracking jokes the entire time, which was perfect to capture genuine laughs from both of them. They both made my job easy, their authentic love and genuine happiness was beautiful and I feel lucky that they chose me to capture it. Take a peak of some of my favorites in the gallery below!
